Introduction to the Ségur for the Doctors sector

The State is investing massively to enable each doctor to be equipped with My Health Space-compatible software. Practice management software needs to evolve into “Segur-referenced” versions, overseen by the State’s SONS scheme (Open and Non-Selective System).

The funds are granted to publishers on behalf of liberal practitioners, with no out-of-pocket fees within the perimeter of the digital health Ségur (not including the equipment).

Each SONS is set up by a decree relevant to a particular sector or software type. In annex to each decree, you will find three reference documents:

  • Referencing Specifications File (DSR) which describes the procedure to request Ségur referencing;
  • Minimal Requirements Referential (REM) which describes the technical and functional requirements you need to meet in order to be referenced;
  • Funding Appeal (AF) which sets out the administrative and financial conditions, in particular funding models for each sector.
